Party Policies

It is our primary and ultimate goal to ensure that your child has THE BEST PARTY EVER at Adrenaline Climbing! Please help us make it easy on you as well by reviewing the following policies in advance of placing your reservation:

MAKING RESERVATIONS: If possible, please, submit your reservation request ONLINE at least two weeks in advance. If you would like to make a reservation within the next 7 days, please call Adrenaline Climbing at 770-271-1390. We reserve the right to book two Parties-on-the-Rocks for overlapping time-slots. For example, we will routinely schedule a party at 1pm and another at 1:30pm, staggering the start times.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND BALANCE: Within 48 hours of receiving your online reservation request, a representative of Adrenaline Climbing will contact you by phone to confirm all the details of your event. You will be asked to provide a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover account number, and Adrenaline Climbing will charge a deposit equal to HALF of the event fee (based on the number of your climbers) to your credit card account. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. Payment for the balance of your event fee, any "Celebration Extras," and gratuities will be accepted at the conclusion of your event.

OBTAIN R.S.V.P.s EARLY: You will receive an email from us 8 days in advance of your party, asking for your list of party guests. Please reply to this request by return email by the following day. If we do not receive your reply via email, a representative of Adrenaline Climbing will call you to obtain your list of climbers. This allows us to verify which Waivers we have received prior to your party, thus streamlining your check-in process on party day.

REPEAT, OBTAIN RSVPs EARLY: If we do not receive your guest list, and if a lower-than-expected number of climbers attends your Party-on-the-Rocks, say 10 climbers instead of 15, you will be charged for the party package as reserved.

ALL RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL: However, you may make changes to your reservation (in terms of date, time-slot, or number of climbers), provided that you call or email Adrenaline Climbing at least 7 days prior to your party. Requests to change reservations made within 7 days of the reservation are not guaranteed, but may be accommodated at the discretion of Adrenaline Climbing management.

IN-HOUSE CREDIT: If a reservation holder should call at least 7 days in advance to change an event date, without having a future date in mind, the deposit provided at the time of reservation will be considered "in-house credit" toward an event in the future. This credit must be utilized within one year of the original event date, or it will be forfeited.

FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT: In the event that a reservation holder should simply cancel or "no-show" for a reservation, the deposit provided at the time of reservation is forfeited to Adrenaline Climbing. In this case, there would be no "in-house credit".
