It is our primary and ultimate goal to ensure that you and/or your child has THE BEST TIME EVER at Adrenaline Climbing! Please help us make the reservation process easy by reviewing the following policies in advance of placing your reservation:
MAKING RESERVATIONS: Reservations for groups of ten or more climbers must be made at least seven days in advance. However, you may make changes to your reservation (in terms of date, timeslot, or number of climbers), provided that you call Adrenaline Climbing at least 24 hours prior to your event. Requests to change reservations are not guaranteed. However, all attempts to accommodate changes will be made by Adrenaline Climbing.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: You will be asked for a VISA or MasterCard account number to finalize your reservation. Your account information will be held securely, and your account will NOT be charged anything prior to your event. Payment of fees, including any extras, and gratuities, will be accepted at the conclusion of your event.
ALL RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL: If a reservation holder should call at least 7 days in advance to change an event date, without having a future date in mind, the VISA or MasterCard account provided at the time of reservation will be charged the full event fee. Then, the fee charged to the account holder will be considered "in-house credit" toward an event in the future. This credit must be utilized within one year of the original event date, or it will be forfeited.
REPEAT, ALL RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL: In the event that a reservation holder should simply cancel or "no-show" for a reservation, the VISA or MasterCard account provided at the time of reservation would be charged the full event fee. In this case, there would be no "in-house credit".
OBTAIN RSVPs EARLY: If a lower-than-expected number of climbers attends an event without a change being made at least 7 days prior to the event, you will be charged for the event package as reserved.
