Belay Orientation
BELAY: [bih-LEY] v. be·layed , be·lay·ing , be·lays
"In Mountain Climbing: to secure a climber to one end of a rope and a person (the belayer) to the other end, for the purpose of protection while climbing."
Adrenaline Climbing provides a safety belay system in our novice climbing area that newcomers learn to operate in about 10 to 15 minutes. This belay orientation is available on a walk-in basis, and costs just $5. On your next visit, simply ask for a FREE belay test.
On Belay ?
For climbers who want to become independent in the intermediate climbing areas in the gym... This one hour class teaches safety, care, and use of climbing equipment. Students must pass a belay test before supporting climbers on rope without backup. Includes harness, and manual belay device.
P.E.T. (Power/Endurance/Technique) Training
If you want to take your climbing to a higher level, PET Training is definitely for you. Developed by our head coach, Arian Bates, PET maximizes your potential and provides you with weekly targets.
Walk-ins welcome. Class Drop-in Fee is $10; Series of 4 Classes is $30
Tuesdays 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. for kids Tuesdays 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. for teens and adults
Rock Climbing 101
One and a half hour class teaches belay, as well as beginning rock climbing technique. Students must pass a belay test before supporting climbers on rope. Includes harness, shoes, and manual belay device!
Rock Climbing 201
One and a half hour class focuses on rock climbing and bouldering technique. Students will receive personalized instructions for continued practice. Includes harness, shoes, and manual belay device!
Lead The Way !
Two hour class focuses on lead belaying, lead clipping, and lead rock climbing. Climbing proficiency required. Includes harness, shoes, and manual belay device!
Personal Coaching (Per Hour)
Need a lesson, but don't have a friend to join you? Whatever you'd like to learn, we'll teach. Reserve a coach by the hour, and get personalized instruction. (Available to climbers of any age, to climbers of any level of experience, and to competitive climbers seeking an edge) Includes harness, and shoes.
Climb After Class Special
When you take any of our classes, we encourage you to stay after class and practice your new skills. Gear is included.

All adult climbers MUST submit a Waiver of Liability Contract before climbing or belaying others in the gym. All minor children MUST have a parent or legal guardian complete and submit a Waiver of Liability Contract before their children can climb or belay others in the gym. NO EXCEPTIONS.
